I've coached almost 700 clients the last 5 years as a Corporate Coach as well as being an HR Business Partner. Moreover, I have worked intensively with TvOP 360 and Assessment for Leadership Potential, both are tools from Korn Ferry and I am certified in using these. 90% of my coaching has been based on assessment and psychometrics in a Business Coaching environment.
As a Coach, I am described as thought-provoking, strong in following up on actions, knowledgeable, not telling Clients what to do but rather help them to their own conclusions, intense listener, turns on the light in the dark, trustworthy and honest.
As a person, I am described as a decisive, competitive, mature, emphatic, strong implementer, brave, enduring, and accountable partner, challenging, high degree of diversity, and can act from strategic to operational level.
I hold a Diploma in Business Coaching and latest in October 2020, I got Certified Coach & Mentoring Professional, ACC, provided by ITD World.
From January 2021 I have been a MINDstrain Associate Partner in Asia-Pacific, offering MYstrain e-learning programs, where you can have the opportunity to learn about a new methodology that can prevent stress and ensure a high degree of resilience.

About Me
Accountable Partner to your goals
I am a dedicated Human Resource person with international experience and with 20+ years of business experience delivering HR services such as visible support to the business at a Strategic and Tactical level. I have been serving as HR Manager, HR Director HR Business Partner, Sr. HR Advisor throughout my work-life, latest at Saudi Aramco as HR Business Partner for Southern Area Oil Operation, one of the main Business areas in the Company.
My solid practical experience has been complemented with a Bachelor in Psychology, a Diploma exam in Business Coaching, and a Diploma exam in Human Resource Development. I also have a Financial Background with two Diplomas in Banking. In 2019 I was certified in Level A & B Ability and Personality Test User, acknowledged by the British Psychological Society. October 2020, I graduated as a Certified Coach & Mentoring Professional. In addition, I have for more than 10 years been an HR leader working in Denmark and abroad. I have been working and living in Pakistan, Egypt, India, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia. Due to my background, I believe I can challenge leaders more effectively in getting them aware of their P/L responsibility, EBITDA thinking, and profit efficiency for the stakeholders. I can challenge, because I know the Business environment and not only from a Corporate perspective.
